Are your products original?
Yes. Trust has been the official agent for Joyroom in Egypt since 2017 and the exclusive agent for Recci since 2020, so every product we sell is original.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
- Express shipping (1 business day) – Cairo only
- Free shipping (3–4 working days) – Cairo only
- Courier shipping via Bosta (2–3 working days) – rest of Egypt

Can I pick up my order from a store?
Yes. You can pick up your online order from our Recci & Joyroom stores. You'll find the store addresses on our Contact Us page.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Read the full Refund Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
